​Project management, administration and financial management

​Project management, administration and financial management of grants, in particular:

  • Overall project management and operational coordination to guarantee successful implementation of projects and fluent co- operation between the partners;
  •  Financial management and administration, including:
    • Ensuring legal and transparent financial flows between partners
    • Competent implementation of modifications to the project budget, obtaining approval from the financing authority
    • Advice on and/or implementation of tendering procedures for purchasing equipment and works/services in accordance with financier’s requirements
    • Tax management of grants and eliminating the tax losses
    • Compiling Financial Reports to the Contracting Authority for ensuring payments and audit
    • Ensuring optimal and full use of grant money while satisfying the financier’s rules
