Project management, administration and financial management of grants, in particular:
- Overall project management and operational coordination to guarantee successful implementation of projects and fluent co- operation between the partners;
- Financial management and administration, including:
- Ensuring legal and transparent financial flows between partners
- Competent implementation of modifications to the project budget, obtaining approval from the financing authority
- Advice on and/or implementation of tendering procedures for purchasing equipment and works/services in accordance with financier’s requirements
- Tax management of grants and eliminating the tax losses
- Compiling Financial Reports to the Contracting Authority for ensuring payments and audit
- Ensuring optimal and full use of grant money while satisfying the financier’s rules
